Review
Reviewer guidance
When you dismiss an issue with a reason, the reason can become reviewer guidance for that agent. Nothing is deleted, and everything suppressed is counted.
#Teach the judge
The dismiss form has Teach the judge, checked once you type a reason. A dismissal with it checked creates an active guidance item for the agent: its number (#1, #2, ...), the reason as its text, who wrote it, and the issue it came from with that issue's rule and quoted act. Without the check, the dismissal works as before. The judge does not read guidance yet, so for now an item suppresses nothing.
Dismissals made before guidance existed are never taught automatically. The agent's Settings list them as suggested guidance, and one click teaches one.
Each item can be edited, retired or reactivated in the agent's Settings (Reviewer guidance), and every change is in the audit log. An agent keeps at most 30 active items because the judge reads all of them. Teaching or reactivating a 31st is refused with a message saying to retire one first.
#Suppressed, never deleted
A finding guidance covers is stored as suppressed, citing that guidance item. It stays out of the inbox, rates, coverage and alerts, the way a dismissed issue does. Each item shows how many findings it suppresses and when it last did.
Guidance is context for reviewers, not a filter: the judge still sees only what the agent saw. When a suppressed finding has the signature of an issue a person accepted, the guidance and that issue both show the conflict ("guidance #3 hid an occurrence of an issue you accepted"), with links. Duet Machines finds this in code when the finding is stored, without a model call.
