Environments
Every production conversation belongs to one environment, so staging traffic never mixes with production numbers.
#Labels
An environment is production, staging or your own lowercase label (letters, digits, - and _, up to 40 characters). A conversation names its own with environment; omitted, it is the sending API key's, chosen when the key is created. Imports from the web app land in production.
#Scope
The environment in the workspace menu scopes every page to one environment's conversations: lists, counts, rates, health, signals, experiments and exports. Through the API, the X-Duet-Environment header does the same; without it a request reads every environment.
